Day-to-Day

January 26, 2015

My daily life is certainly interesting.  One of my attendants who has a kind heart talks to himself and wants to be a zookeeper.  He talks in circles about nothing, driving me nuts at times.  He needs to be guided sometimes.  He can get angry about something small, but I calm him down.  I really like him and my female attendant.  She is one of the best attendants that I ever had.  She is a friend not just an attendant.  Then I have my over protective mother to deal with who treats me  like a child at times.  The rest of the day, I’m an author emailing writers, my agent, my friends, writing, critiquing, editing or doing publicity.  If I wasn’t mentally strong, I would lose it.  That’s my life.

Thoughts

January 18, 2015

In recent months, some people with terminal diseases have decided to end their lives, before becoming vegetables.  I agree with this method of dying.  When I can’t write anymore, I don’t want to live.  If I’m told that I have a short time to live.  I want to spend a week with my college friends in Eagle River enjoying their company and reminiscing the best times of my life.  I want to spend a sports weekend with my cousin, John, going to a big game.  Hopefully, my best friend, Amber will be there when I die.

The bucket list.

I have three things on my bucket list.  Make love to a woman, go to New York and live on my own.

Forty-seven and counting.

January 5, 2015

I’m forty seven this week.  God, I’m getting old!  But I’m healthy, happy, strong and busy writing.  With the love of my family and friends I’ll be around years to come.  Thank you, God for giving me health, talent, drive and skill to pursue my dream making a small difference in the world.  Thank you to my family and friends for being there.  You are stuck with me!  I love you.
